The Red Sunset Rum Cocktail
Pineapples and coconuts come together in a peach fizz. Start drinking this at 5pm and stop when the sun comes up.
Cocktail Ingredients
50ml Whistler Spiced Rum
37.5ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Monin Coconut Syrup
Scweppes Tropical Sunset
Cocktail Method
Add the all the ingredients, accept for the Tropical sunset, into a cocktail shake. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up the glass with the Scweppes Tropical Sunset. Garnish with coconut shavings and pineapple triangles.
